Frequently Asked Questions

If you've never heard of Conturve, asking whether it's legit is exactly the right instinct. Jelly bras went viral, the internet filled up with lookalikes, and a few of them have left people out of pocket.

So there's no β€œjust trust us” here. Below is what you can check for yourself in about five minutes, and where we're not perfect.

Who's Behind Conturve

Conturve is a registered UK company. It was incorporated as a private limited company in January 2020 and is still listed as active at Companies House, where anyone can search for β€œConturve Limited” for free. It makes wireless bras, shapewear and leggings, and the idea behind all of it is simple: clothes that work for women of all shapes and sizes, without making you feel like you're the problem.

The longer version is on our Our Story page. And if you'd like to speak to someone, the customer team is at support@conturve.com.

What the Reviews Actually Say

Start with the numbers. The Scalloped Push-Up Wireless Jelly Bra has 148 verified reviews, averaging 4.8 out of 5, and about 94% of them are four or five stars.

They were left between 7 August and 19 September 2026. Across the whole brand, Conturve holds 4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, which you can read for yourself on the Trustpilot page.

Then the words. Delivery and service come up more than you'd expect in a bra review.

β€œSo comfortable, brilliant fit and great service,” wrote one customer.

Another said, β€œGoods arrived quickly and well packaged.”

A third called it β€œeasy to order, quick delivery, good company to buy from.”

It isn't all praise, and it shouldn't be. Four of the 148 jelly bra reviews are one or two stars. One customer gave three stars because her usual size turned out too small, then added that the exchangeΒ β€œwas sent out very promptly.” That's the most common snag, and it's also the promise doing its job.

A four-star reviewer was just as straight with us: it's β€œnot the most supportive” but β€œreally better than other wireless ones” she'd tried, and she gave five stars for the service. Our verified reviews roundup goes through the good and the grumbles in full.

What's Actually in It

A soft, wire-free bra with a flexible W-shaped jelly strip where an underwire would normally sit, and a scalloped edge along the top of each cup. Customers do keep reaching for the word β€œcomfortable”. There's no metal, so nothing to dig in by mid-afternoon. It comes in UK band sizes 32 to 44 and cups A to F, in sizes S to 3XL.

The 60-Day Perfect Fit Promise

You have 60 days to wear it, wash it and decide. Exchanges for a different size, colour or style are free. If you'd rather return it, it costs Β£3 (the original shipping isn't refunded) and the refund goes back to your original payment method. Prefer store credit? That comes with a Β£5 bonus. Two exceptions catch people out, so here they are up front: Final/Clearance Sale items and accessories can't be returned or exchanged. And if the returns portal is playing up, email support@conturve.com and the team will help manually. The full wording is on the Returns & Exchanges page.

Shopping Safely

Checkout is where dodgy shops tend to slip up, so here’s what to look for.

Conturve’s checkout is powered by Shopify and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Klarna and Clearpay are listed as pay-later options.

UK delivery is Β£3.99 for standard (two to five working days) or Β£5.99 for next day if you order by 10pm, and it’s free on orders over Β£60.

The site lists β€œSafe & Secure Checkout” and β€œTracked Shipping” among its promises, and the customer team says it replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Whatever the shop, the same habits help: look for the padlock in your browser, pay by card or PayPal rather than bank transfer, and be wary of anywhere that won't tell you how returns work. It's also worth scrolling to the bottom of the page. A real shop tells you who it is, how to contact it, and where its reviews live on a site it doesn't run.

Where It Isn't Perfect

Three things worth knowing before you order. The band can run a size small, so check the size chart and go up if you're between two. A couple of customers found the hook-and-eye fastening fiddly. And Final/Clearance items can't go back, as above. None of that is a dealbreaker, but you'd rather hear it from us.

How to Tell Any Jelly Bra Is Legit

Whether it's ours or anyone else's, four checks tell you most of what you need to know. Pass all four and you're in good hands. Pass only one and keep your card in your pocket.
