What are they made of?

They are made out of 100% medical-grade silicone, with no irritating adhesives. Silicone is naturally non-toxic and hypo-allergenic material.
We also undergo third-party toxicity testing to ensure they are extremely safe and gentle on your skin.

Do they stay on through water or sweat?

Absolutely! They were initially designed for use in situations where you may be sweating or in water, such as at the gym or pool. They are grippy, not sticky, and don't use any irritating adhesives. They will stay in place under any form-fitting top!

Are they reusable?

We like to say, use them until you lose them! They are designed to be worn repeatedly. After use, simply hand-wash with a gentle soap and warm water, and pat dry. If you feel you need a deeper clean after a sweat sesh, you can let them soak in warm water.

Which should I wear?

The Itty Bittys are 8cm in diameter and work best for those with AA-A cup sizes.

Our OG is 10cm in diameter and works best for those who wear B-DD.

The (+) are 13cm in diameter, and work best for those who wear DDD+, or DD who prefer even more coverage!

What colour should I get?

We currently come in three colours. Our light shade is Honey, our medium shade is Caramel, and our Deep shade is Cocoa.

How do I use them?

You simply remove your old inserts (if they didn't fall out already!), place them directly on the skin under any snug-fitting top, and live your life!

Can I wear them with a swimsuit?

Yes! They can be worn at any time you need extra coverage, whether you're working out, wearing a swimsuit, or lounging in comfortable clothes and don't feel like wearing a bra.

If you'll be fully submerged in water, we recommend placing them in the slits where the pads typically go. Otherwise, pop them directly on the skin.
