Shipping Delay

We’re working hard to get your order to you. Due to the current high demand and global status, some shipments may be delayed. Steps have been made to ensure we keep things running normally. Due to our current high demand, shipping issues affecting our third-party couriers, orders will be shipped but will not show an update until 2-4 working days. Tracking numbers will be available as soon as it’s shipped, just the statuses that will take longer than what we aim for. We sincerely understand how frustrating this is, and we’re sorry you may not receive your package as fast as our usual time frame. This might be different from the customer experience we have promised, but please know we're doing everything we can to get your order(s) to you as soon as possible.

Is it safe to shop from our site?

There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Conturve Community, our partners, our team and most importantly our customers.

We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local government authorities. The safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us at all times. We have implemented appropriate health and hygiene standards with our staff and ensure that these are strictly followed. 

This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies. 

What about the delivery of my order?

All deliveries are running on-time and we are expecting no delays.

We are taking all precautionary measures necessary in our warehouse to ensure the safety of our customers and team members.  

We have implemented the following:

  • Our warehouses and factories have screening systems in place to ensure employees are taking appropriate measures to maintain their health and safety.
  • We have less staff working in our warehouse, and all members of staff are adhering to social distancing rules.
